Where we ship
At the moment we only ship within Italy, islands included.
If you live in another country of the European Union you can still buy on the same terms by giving a delivery address in Italy; the billing address can be in your own country.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: €6.90.
- Free shipping on orders of €49.00 or more.
The exact cost is always shown in the order summary, before payment.
Delivery times
We prepare orders at the farm within 1–2 working days of the payment being confirmed; for bank transfers, the time runs from when the payment is credited to our account. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch; the islands and less well served areas may need a few more days.
If a bank transfer arrives after the order has been cancelled for non-payment within the deadline, we will contact you: if the products are still available we can restore the order, otherwise we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Packaging
Bottles and tins travel in boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive intact even on long journeys.
Damaged parcel
On delivery, check if you can that the parcel is intact; if it is visibly damaged we advise you to accept it “with reservation”, telling the courier. In any case write to us as soon as you notice the damage, if possible with a few photos of the parcel and the products: we will replace the damaged products at no cost to you, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Returns
To return packages that are still sealed you must notify your withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and send the products back within the following 14 days: you will find all the details on the Right of withdrawal page. Packages whose seal has been opened cannot be returned, except for defects covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
