Our oils

Blend

Our extra virgin olive oil blend is made from the olives harvested in our groves in San Marcello, on the hills of the province of Ancona near Jesi, and brings together four cultivars of the Marche olive-growing tradition.

  • Raggia: the typical variety of the area, grown mainly in the province of Ancona; Morro d’Alba and Monte San Vito, among the towns where it is most widespread, border San Marcello.
  • Mignola: a Marche cultivar found in the provinces of Macerata, Ascoli Piceno and Ancona.
  • Rosciola: one of the most widespread varieties, found in every province of the Marche.
  • Orbetana: typical of the inland Macerata area, it ripens later than the others.

The olives are taken to the mill shortly after harvest and the oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.

It is an extra virgin olive oil for all your home cooking: raw on salads, pulses, bruschetta, vegetables and fish, and cooked in sautéed bases, sauces and oven dishes.

Choose your size: the 0.5 L bottle for the table, the 0.75 L one for the family, the litre for everyday use and the 3 litre and 5 litre tins for stocking up: the tin protects the oil from light and the 5 litre one has the best price per litre.
