Product details
Our oil
The 3 litre tin of IL CONTE Blend is the size for stocking up without overdoing it: the tin protects the oil from light and the price per litre is better than that of the small bottles.
We make it from the olives of our own groves in San Marcello (AN), on the hills near Jesi, from four cultivars native to the Marche: Raggia, the typical variety of the area, Mignola, Rosciola and Orbetana.
The olives are taken to the mill shortly after harvest and the oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.
Once opened, pour some of the oil into a dark glass bottle to keep in the kitchen and close the tin tightly, storing it in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Use it raw and for cooking.
