Our oil
Where does your oil come from?
From the olives of our groves in San Marcello (AN), on the hills near Jesi, in the Marche region of Italy. The olives reach the mill shortly after harvest and the oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.
What is the difference between the Blend and the Single-Variety Raggia?
The Blend brings together four traditional varieties of the Marche: Raggia, Mignola, Rosciola and Orbetana.
The Single-Variety Raggia is made only from Raggia olives, the typical variety of the province of Ancona, also known around Jesi as Mandolina: it expresses the character of a single variety and of the land where it grows.
Which harvest is the oil from?
From the 2026/2027 harvest. You'll find it on every product page, together with the rest of the label information and the nutrition facts.
How do I use it in the kitchen?
The Blend is an extra virgin oil for all home cooking: raw on salads, pulses, bruschetta, vegetables and fish, and for cooking sautés, sauces and baked dishes.
The Single-Variety Raggia is best used raw: on vegetables and salads, bruschetta, mozzarella and fresh cheeses, fish, white meat, roasts and boiled meats.
Which size should I choose?
The 0.25 L bottle to taste it or give it as a gift, the 0.5 L for the table, the 0.75 L for the family and the litre for everyday use; the 3 and 5 litre tins to stock up: a tin protects the oil from light and the 5 litre one has the best price per litre.
How should I store the oil?
In a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources, as stated on the label.
Orders and payments
How can I pay?
By card or bank transfer, chosen at the last step of the order.
Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are handled by Stripe: your card details never pass through our website.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order without an account. With an account you can see your orders and saved addresses.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes: enter it in the cart or in the order summary, before paying.
Can I order large quantities?
Online you can order up to 99 items per product; for larger quantities write to us and we'll reply with an offer.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
For now we only ship within Italy, islands included.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Italy costs €6.90. It is free for orders of €49.00 or more. The exact cost is always shown in the summary, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1–2 working days of payment and delivery takes about 2–5 working days; a few more days for the islands and remote areas.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Write to us as soon as you notice, if possible with a few photos of the parcel and the products: we replace damaged products at no cost to you.
Returns and contact
Can I return the products?
Yes, if still sealed: notify your withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, also online on our website, and send them back within the following 14 days.
