Our oil
The half-litre bottle of IL CONTE Blend is the table size: keep it next to your plate to dress your food raw and, once opened, it is used up quickly, while the oil is still fresh. It is also the right size to try our extra virgin olive oil from the Marche before choosing a larger one.
We make it from the olives of our own groves in San Marcello (AN), on the hills near Jesi, from four cultivars native to the Marche: Raggia, the typical variety of the area, Mignola, Rosciola and Orbetana.
The olives are taken to the mill shortly after harvest and the oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.
Raw on salads, fish carpaccio, pulses, bruschetta and grilled vegetables; it also works well for cooking.
