Our oil
The litre of IL CONTE Blend is for people who use extra virgin olive oil throughout their cooking, raw and cooked, and want a better price per litre than the small bottles without moving to a tin.
We make it from the olives of our own groves in San Marcello (AN), on the hills near Jesi, from four cultivars native to the Marche: Raggia, the typical variety of the area, Mignola, Rosciola and Orbetana.
The olives are taken to the mill shortly after harvest and the oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.
From dressing salads to sautéed bases, from pulse soups to roast vegetables: an oil for everyday use. Keep it tightly closed, away from light and from the hob.
